Financial Plan
Merchandise Financial Plan module allowed Budget and Open to Buy creation before beginning of season. Once we are within season, we monitor the original plan and visualize updated inventory projections, in order to compare original inventory target versus an updated version.
Current Plan
If we face new market conditions that imply an update of the Budget, the In-Season Financial Plan module allows you to create an updated Budget, without losing lose the original pre-season Budget.
Receipts
The in-season solution allows you to view the actual receipt plan, along with its projection, based on ETA date updates.
Work Flow
The solution contains a purchase order approval flow, which allows you to maintain control of purchases, not only from an Open to Buy point of view, but also taking into account collection margins.
Integration
The purchase process can be integrated with several ERP solutions, such as SAP, Microsoft, Oracle and customizations on any in-house solution the client might have.
