Replenishment
Automated Replenishment
Replenishment module allows replenishment execution within season, efficiently assigning available inventory, using Forecast as input, and mixing different replenishment methods, along with adapting process constraints, such as shortfalls, store capacity, distribution center capacity, among others.
Methods
This module takes into account the following replenishment methods: Time supply, Poisson, Min/Max, among others, which operates in a combined manner, seeking to reduce out of stocks, and minimizing overstocks on each possible SKU-Store combination.
Restrictions
Multiple constraints such as Distribution Center stock shortages, store and warehouse capacities, are addresses by this module using multiple algorithms and optimization models, focusing on maximizing ROI at the SKU-Store level.
Store/Product Cluster
In order to reduce efforts in parameter configurations, replenishment parameters can be set-up at store/product cluster aggregation levels, which allows automatic parameter tunings on all sku-store combinations linked to corresponding clusters.
KPIs
Within season, Distribution Center inventory is to be spend in the most optimal way, seeking to maintain store service levels as per agreed, along with defined inventory coverage. Users can visualize these KPIs and set-up automatic alert configurations for their monitoring.
